太極十六式

好早便有「耍太極」的計劃，今天總算可以踏出第一步，一展拳腳，老師是 80多歲的許婆婆！ 許老師的精神健康都很好， 定好了逢週三及週六，早上 8-9:30 在九龍公園集體習練。爲配合工作，與副官只能於週六前往， 也不大清楚是甚麼門派，只知道是 "太極十六式"，這已經足夠了，那還管她甚麼門派！許師說，當學好了十六式後，便會教授「養生太極 24 式」。

... Not quite so sure what had made my first diary became hardcopy since 5th June 1982, I fell deeply in maintaining this as a hobby for a few years then hardly seen any frequent update. That's simply a matter of enthusiam I didn't know how to build. In early 1991, the 7th day of Chinese new year (年初七), I bought myself the second diary to continue after some years' break and began the first edition re-writing project on 21st February 1991. With the bloggery going more and more popular these years, I also made myself a member of the community. This is why I'm moving everything up here!
